Pastoral Care
Caring for each other as a church family is a vital part of being the people God is calling us to be. We care for each other in prayer, in conversation, in our community groups, with meals and with our presence.
We are also very happy to visit people in their homes or to bring holy communion to those who are not able to come to church.
